Rites Held Wed. For G. C. Mann
Gregory Clarence Mann, 29, of Salt Lake City, died December 19, 1976 in a Salt Lake hospital.
He was born October 15, 1947 at Salt Lake City, to Clarence Orville and Lenor Bege Mann. He married Gaylene Nalder in Bountiful June 17, 1969. He was a veteran of the Viet Nam War.
He was presently attending the University of Utah and was a member of the LDS Church.
SURVISORS include his wife of Salt Lake City, children Travis Bruce and Gregory Clint of Salt Lake City; his mother Mrs. Lenore B. Mann of Salt Lake City. his father preceded him in death. A brother Michael Mann of Tempe, Ariz. sister susan Mann of Salt Lake City. Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Glen Z Nielsen also of Salt Lake City.
Funeral services were held Wednesdayat 12:30 at the Bountiful Union Mortuary Chapel. Friends called Tuesday from 77-8 in the evening and Wednesday from 11:30 to services. Interment was in the Bountiful Memorial Park.

LeGrand Richardson
Gregg was always one of the "Cool Guys" and he had a gait that was kind of a shuffle he'd amble down the hall with. I remember reading about Coach Maxwell talking about how he had to keep Gregg on as an "alternate" because he had too many players on the Varsity Basketball team. Gregg ran around in a different crowd, but it was always amusing to see the antics they created. Gone too soon.
